RETURN POLICY

Returns are accepted within 14 days of the date that you received your order. You must obtain a Returns Merchandise Authorization (RMA) from klubkadaddle.com prior to returing any merchandise. RMA requests can be submitted through the Contact Us link on the web site. All merchandise purchased from klubkadaddle.com are supplied by third party suppliers. Returned merchandise must be returned to the appropriate third party supplier. After receiving an RMA, merchandise can be mailed with the original packing slip to the third party supplier and address noted in the RMA.

The refund will be issued once the supplier confirms that the item is in the same condition that you received it, and processes the return through the klubkadaddle.com system.

Bulk orders of 50 or more copies are non-returnable.

If your return is shipped after the timeframe indicated above, without an RMA, or to the incorrect address, we regret that we cannot issue a refund or send the merchandise back to you.

Please note: Shipping charges are non-refundable and you are responsible for all shipping charges related to the return of merchandise.
